In May 2018, the rules around data protection changed. The “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) changed how we can use your and your child’s personal data and keep it safe; it also strengthens your rights over your own and your child’s data. The point of the GDPR legislation is to make sure that sensitive or private information about yourself and your children is kept securely.
The school have appointed a Data Protection Officer to advise and manage compliance with the regulation.
If you have any questions about how GDPR affects you or your child, or how our school is complying to the GDPR Regulations, you can contact our Data Protection Officer via email firstname.lastname@example.org write in to school, addressing your envelope to the DPO.
