We have been visited in school by Bart Gee, an extremely inspiring man who has overcome many obstacles in his life despite his disability. This includes completing triathlons, learning musical instruments and driving a modified car. He delivered an extremely important message to the children: if things are hard, difficult or challenging, it simply means that they are all ‘possible.’ His visit coincided with Anti-Bullying Week and raised awareness of diversity and how people live in different circumstances and face challenges that we may not be aware of.
